FIM-Europe: EK Kielce afgelast

We are sorry to inform you that it will also not be possible to hold the Enduro European Championship race in Poland in June as planned. The health regulations have prohibited all motorsport activities there still and the Polish Automobile and Motorcycle federation PZM (Polski Zwiazek Motorowy) decided to cancel the event.

Up to now we still have two more European-competitions in Czech Republic and the postponed event in Italy.

Wijzigingen kalender ONK Enduro 2020

Bron: KNMV. Vanwege de nieuwe geldende maatregelen in de coronacrisis (geen wedstrijden tot 1 september a.s.) zijn er verdere aanpassingen aan de Enduro/Offroadkalender nodig.

Havelte

De organisatie van het ONK Enduro in Havelte heeft besloten geen enduro in 2020 te organiseren. Daarnaast werd de organisatie beperkt in de mogelijkheden vanwege Defensieregels dat er slechts eenmaal per maand een motorsportevenement op Havelte georganiseerd mag worden.

Daarom hebben MSV Motordrenthe en 11LMB besloten om de ONK Enduro ‘Jos Leunissen Memorial’  in het voorjaar van 2021 te organiseren.

Deelname aan het (O)BK Enduro (België)

Op de ONK endurokalender stonden de BK wedstrijden Ouffet (was 31/05) en Dinant (was 27/09) als tellende wedstrijden voor de Intersklassen. Inmiddels is bekend geworden dat Ouffet naar 30/08 en Dinant naar 06/09 zijn verzet. Van de Belgische bond FMB-BMB hebben wij vernomen dat deze datums niet zullen veranderen.

Omdat de wedstrijd in Ouffet nog in de zomervakantieperiode van regio Midden valt, is besloten dat alleen de (O)BK Enduro in Dinant meetelt voor het ONK Enduro (verplicht voor de Intersklassen E1-E2-E3 en EV40). Maar dit is nog wel onder voorbehoud omdat de huidige coronamaatregelen nog van toepassing zijn tot 1 september en de KNMV niet wil dat licentiehouders (die zich onvoldoende hebben kunnen voorbereiden d.m.v. motortraining) dan verplicht aan internationale wedstrijden deelnemen. Het gevaar op race-ongevallen mét letsel is dan groter.

FIM International Six Days of Enduro & FIM Enduro Vintage Trophy postponed until 2021

Following in-depth discussions between the FIM, FMI and the local organising committee of the 2020 FIM International Six Days of Enduro (ISDE) and the FIM Enduro Vintage Trophy (EVT) in relation to the ongoing Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic and the associated restrictions, it has been decided to postpone the events until the same period in 2021.

Whilst the ISDE was not due to take place until late August early September of this year – between Lombardy and Piedmont, Italy – there are many influencing factors that made it necessary to take a decision sooner rather than later regarding the 95th edition of what remains the oldest event in the FIM international calendar.

The annual off-road event attracts several hundred competitors from more than thirty countries around the World each year, all of whom which have to commit to extensive travel and logistic plans several months in advance of the ISDE.

Moreover, the ISDE demands many months of forward planning and work to prepare many hundred of kilometres of course, all of which rely on the permission of the various local authorities and stakeholders.

With this in mind the FIM, FMI and the local organising committee decided that in the best interest of all parties, and to ensure that the ISDE continues to hold it place as one of the most important events in the off-road calendar that all early decision to postpone the event was the right and proper action.

The 95th edition of the FIM International Six Days of Enduro will now take place from 30th August to 4th September 2021 with the 5th edition of the FIM Enduro Vintage Trophy from 2nd to 4th September, between Lombardy and Piedmont in Italy.

Please note all 2020 pre-entry fees will be refunded in due course.

FIM: Update on 2020 FIM ISDE / FIM Enduro Vintage Trophy

As the global outbreak of coronavirus continues to develop and restrictions put in place, a decision on the maintenance of the date of the 2020 FIM ISDE will be taken by the FIM, the Federazione Motociclistica Italiana and the Organiser of the 2020 FIM International Six Days of Enduro and FIM Enduro Vintage Trophy no later than April 15th 2020.

An announcement will be made shortly after that decision.

In the meantime, the deadline of the pre-registration for the event is frozen and Federations are not requested to pay the 25 % of the Entry Fees.
