Tommie Jochems scoort netjes in EnduroGP Zweden

EnduroGP Zweden 🇸🇪
Eenmaal aangekomen in Zweden vanuit Estland werden de proeven gelopen. Ook deze keer een Extreme-, Enduro en Crosstest. De Extremetest lag op een skihelling en bestond dus grotendeels uit gras. Zoiets hebben wij in Nederland natuurlijk niet, leerzaam! De Endurotest lag op militair terrein en bestond vooral en zand, wortels en stenen. Net buiten Skövde, de startplaats, lag een grote steengroeve waar de Extremetest zich bevond. Bikkelhard en dus een goeie training.

Freeman tops Day Two at AIRMOUSSE GP of Sweden

Brad Freeman (Beta) has fought back to win day two of the AIRMOUSSE GP of Sweden, round four of the Borilli FIM EnduroGP World Championship, in Skövde. After finishing third on day one, a determined effort from the Brit saw him fend off Italy’s Andrea Verona (GASGAS) by four seconds, with Davide Guarneri (Fantic) placing third overall in EnduroGP.

It was double delight for Spain’s Laia Sanz as she secured a day two win in the Enduro Women’s category, while Lorenzo Macoritto (TM) and Albin Norrbin (Fantic) also ended their time in Sweden with double wins in the Enduro Junior and Enduro Youth classes respectively.

Wil Ruprecht wins Day One at AIRMOUSSE GP of Sweden

Bouncing back from disappointing performances one week ago at the GP of Estonia, Wil Ruprecht (TM) proved himself to be the rider to beat on day one of the AIRMOUSSE GP of Sweden, round four of the 2021 Borilli FIM EnduroGP World Championship in Skövde. With Wil topping the overall EnduroGP results by a healthy 20 seconds, as well as winning the Enduro2 class, the Australian was joined as a class winner by Davide Guarneri (Fantic) in Enduro1, Brad Freeman (Beta) in Enduro3, Laia Sanz (GASGAS) in Enduro Women, and Lorenzo Macoritto (TM) in Enduro Junior. Albin Norrbin (Fantic) claimed a home win in Enduro Youth.

EnduroGP – Ruprecht bounces back
Taking the win on the Friday night AKRAPOVIC Super Test, Wl Ruprecht made his intentions clear right from the start of the AIRMOUSSE GP of Sweden. Although only winning by a slender margin, come the end of the first day’s opening lap, Wil was still pushing hard and battling against both Josep Garcia (KTM) and Brad Freeman.

Leerzame WK enduro voor Tommie Jochems in Estland

EnduroGP Estland🇪🇪
Wow, wat een ervaring. Ter voorbereiding op de zesdaagse te Italië van 30 aug-4 sep besloten om deel te nemen aan het WK Enduro te Saaremaa in de Junior 1 klasse. Een hele uitdaging maar soms moet jezelf een beetje uitdagen toch?😅
Vrijdag Supertest
Op vrijdagavond stond er een supertest op de planning. Korte test naast het paddock. Dit was erg leuk opgezet met gebouwde hindernissen. Geen risico’s genomen hierin en solide gereden zonder fouten.
Zaterdag
Op zaterdag stonden er 4 rondes op de planning met elk 3 proeven. Extreme, Enduro en Crosstest. Laaste ronden werd de crosstest overgeslagen en kwam de Supertest hiervoor in de plaats. De eerste dag gingen de proeven niet

Double Delight as Josep Garcia tops Day Two at GP of Estonia

Spain’s Josep Garcia (KTM) has ended the third round of the BORILLI FIM EnduroGP World Championship, the GP of Estonia in Saaremaa, on a high after securing EnduroGP class victory on day two. Making it a perfect weekend for the Spaniard following his overall day one victory, Garcia overhauled Britain’s Brad Freeman (Beta) on the final special test of the event to secure the top step of the podium on day two. At the end of another successful weekend for Andrea Verona (GASGAS), the Italian finished up on the EnduroGP podium in third.

Italy’s Lorenzo Macoritto (TM) got the better of his teammate and day one winner Matteo Pavoni to triumph in Enduro Junior, while Sweden’s Albin Norrbin (Fantic) was the winner for the second day running in Enduro Youth.
