Today a great show in Krompachy in Slovakia for the European Championship enduro in the first of three days of competition at the last round of the continental Championship. Perfect conditions for all the riders in forest and tracks with warm, but not to hot temperatures in the challenging tests.
If three Italian riders have won the victory in their class, the two teams of Italy in Blue Jersey engaged in ranking for national teams of Senior and Junior have centered an extraordinary first position.
Jacopo Cerutti (TM 250 4T) won the Junior E1, Gianluca Martini (Beta 450 4T) Junior E2/3, Guido Conforti (Yamaha) Junior 125 2T. Excellent
second position for Mauritius Makio (HM-Honda 500 4T) in E3 Senior, Diego Nicoletti (Beta 450 4T) Senior E2, Richard Cripps (Yamaha)
Junior 125 2T and Tomasso Montanari (KTM 250 4T) in Junior E1, while Mirko Gritti (KTM 300 2T) finished third in the Senior E3.
To underline the absolute victory of the h ouse also in Pesaro TM before Senior E 3 with the Estonian Aigar Leok who is steering to the overall-titel in that way.
In Senior E2 great victory for German Marko Neubert (KTM 450 4T) in front of the Belgian Cremer, who still is leading the class and Italian Nicoletti (KTM 350 4T).
The Senior E1 saw the clear victory of Finnish Rony Nikander (KTM 250 4T) preceded the German Edward Huebner (Yamaha 250 4T) and the Portuguese Oliveira (Yamaha 125 2T).
In the Veteran class stood out again the Austrian Werner Müller (KTM 300 2T) with Czech Zdenek Gottwald (T M 300 2T) in second place.
The Women, however, has seen the strike back of the German Heike Petrick (KTM 350 4T) on Finnish young Marita Nyqvist (Yamaha 125 2T) for defending her titel .
All favourits are still on the same position in the championship as the week bevore. But there are still two days to go.
