We have been in continuous direct contact with Provincial Government &amp; Provincial Medical Task Teams to keep us up to date, in order for us to do our strategic planning going forward with alternative options.<\/p>\n<p>With that in mind, <strong><em>KR20XX<\/em><\/strong> Entries are still <strong><em><u>OPEN<\/u><\/em><\/strong> for both local &amp; International competitors!<\/p>\n<p>We have also discussed and strategised in length around \u201c<em>What if this happens, or \u00a0<\/em><em>that happens<\/em>\u201d, therefore the <strong><em>KR20XX<\/em><\/strong> <strong><em>Management Team<\/em><\/strong> have come up with the following options for competitors to ensure that your paid Entry is safe and guarenteed!<\/p>\n<p><em><u>KR20XX\u00a0 EARLY \u00a0BIRD ENTRY OPTIONS:<\/u><\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong><em><u>Option 1: 2021 TRANSFER <\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Pay 1<sup>st<\/sup> Payment<\/em><\/strong> on <strong><em>Early Bird Entry Rate<\/em><\/strong> by <strong><em><u>31 May 2020 <\/u><\/em><\/strong>and the balance as per the Entry payment dates. <em>(See website for Payment Dates <\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kalaharirally.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>kalaharirally.com<\/em><\/a><em>)<\/em><\/li>\n<li>If KR20XX is cancelled for 2020, you can <strong><em><u>TRANSFER <\/u><\/em><\/strong>your entry to 2021 &#8211; <strong><em><u>NO PENALTY!<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Your <strong><em>2020<\/em><\/strong> <strong><em>Early Bird Entry Rate<\/em><\/strong> will <em><u>NOT<\/u><\/em> increase in 2021 if you chose this <strong><em>TRANSFER<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>This <strong><em>TRANSFER<\/em><\/strong> Option is ONLY Valid, if you paid your Full Early Bird Entry by the Payment Dates on the website. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kalaharirally.com\/\"><em>kalaharirally.com<\/em><\/a><\/li>\n<li><em>Note:<\/em> If the <strong><em>KR20XX<\/em><\/strong> Dates are moved within 2020, KR20XX will continue under normal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Entry conditions are the website.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong><em><u>Option 2: STANDARD REFUND<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Pay <strong><em>1<sup>st<\/sup> Payment<\/em><\/strong> on<strong><em> Early Bird Entry Rate<\/em><\/strong> by <strong><em><u>31 May 2020<\/u><\/em><\/strong> , and the balance as per the Entry payment dates.
