The 2023 Borilli Enduro European Championship flies to Portugal, and more precisely to Santa Marta de Penaguiao, for the second round of this 2023 season. Under Eleveit’s flag the championship’s third and fourth days will kick off; in fact the second Round’s main sponsor will be the prestigious Italian brand Eleveit. An intense race weekend awaits the riders registered for the event, who will try to defend the points won within the first Round or to turn the tide of their season. Three special tests have been settled in this beautiful Portuguese town: the Airoh Cross Test, the Eleveit Enduro Test and the 24MX Extreme Test.

In a pouring rain the Motocross Marketing Round #1 Day 2 kicked off. The 2023 Borilli Enduro European Championship lost a special test: the large amount of water that fell on Fabriano during the night forced the race management to cancel the transit in the Airoh Cross Test. Despite the mud and the tricky conditions of the transfer, the event ended without particular hitches thanks to the excellent organisation of the Motoclub Artiglio. Like yesterday the Eleveit Enduro Test opened the dances of the day, giving riders a more complex track than the previous day while the 24MX Extreme Test saw its “natural” part become the most difficult obstacle to face. Also today the riders had to do three laps and almost all of them finished it.

The 2023 Borilli Enduro European Championship kicked off with the Motocross Marketing Round #1; under an uncertain sky, Fabriano hosted the European Season’s opening day. At 9:00 o’clock the first two riders, out of the 120 registered, started their first racing day. Three special tests have been prepared by Motoclub Artiglio for the occasion: the Eleveit Enduro Test was the first one to challenge the riders. With its 7 km in length and the continuous alternation of narrow lines and slightly wider parts, it established the technical level of the event. The Airoh Cross Test proved to be the most complex test, the soft, slippery ground soon dug and became really complex to deal with. The 24MX Extreme Test was the last scheduled test; the stone section and some of the uphills were the trickiest part of the special tests. Despite a few drops of rain, Day 1 ended successfully.
