FIM-Europe: European Enduro Championship First day in Rieti

The overall champion from last year, the Italian Maurizio Micheluz, won the first day of the season-opener in Rieti (Italy) in front of the French Benoit Fortunato. This shows that the small motors have been the fastest in the tests, because both riders used the 250cc-motorbikes.
Third in the overall ranking was British rider Tom Sagar, two places in front of the German Marco Neubert – both riding in the E2-class and so Sagar won the class in the last lap.

Bas Klein Haneveld kent goede voorbereiding op start van het EK seizoen

Bas Klein Haneveld van het Beta Super B Team heeft een goede voorbereiding gekend op de eerste wedstrijd om het Europees Kampioenschap Enduro in het Italiaanse Rieti. Bas is vorige week vrijdag al richting Italie afgereisd om zich daar samen met Robin Nijkamp, Lucas Dolfing, gebroeders Pittens en Bjorn Sloot voor te bereiden op deze eerste wedstrijd van het seizoen. Vorig weekend hebben ze een training afgewerkt op de stenen om zo de afstelling van de motor voor deze omstandigheden optimaal voor elkaar te hebben.

Increased competition for PHILLIPS !
After the Enduro 1 and 2, let’s have a look today to the “big bikes” category (from 250cc 2 strokes to more than 250cc 4 strokes). Last year, Matthew PHILLIPS (AUS – KTM) has surprised everybody dominating the second part of the season and winning the E3 title but the competition is getting more intense in 2015…

Riders of the lost Trail: spring is here

Howdy folks.
We have had a great winter season with many new faces coming to ride, and a few of the regulars here as well.
Thanks to all who have been part of the Riders of the Lost Trail experience.
The frosty mornings are starting to become a thing of the past and Spring is positively here.
We love this time of the year here in Southern Spain, warm, without being too hot, and endless blue skies.

World Enduro Championship Preview Enduro 2

The Big Category !
Not so many changes this year in the « Big » category of the medium engines (250 2 strokes and 450 4 strokes) with only the departure of Lorenzo SANTOLINO (E – Sherco) in Enduro 1 and the arrival of Deny PHILIPPAERTS (I – Beta) and Loïc LARRIEU (F – Sherco) and also some young guns with long teeth. Once again, the E2 Class will be played between four great riders: Alex SALVINI (I – Honda) and the French trio Pierre-Alexandre RENET (HVA), Antoine MEO (KTM) and Johnny AUBERT (Beta)…
